Office Hours
| Monday - Friday | 8-11 AM and 3-5 PM |
| Saturday | 8 AM - 1 PM |
| Sunday | 3-5 PM Regular boarding fee for Sunday is charged. |
During the hours that we are closed, there will not be office staff available to receive or discharge pets, unless arranged beforehand. An After Hours fee may be applied.
On the day of departure, if a pet goes home during morning hours there is no charge for that day. Sunday is the exception, as there are no morning hours.
An After Hours fee of $100 will be charged for transactions outside of the normal hours of operation.

Round the Clock Supervision: Staff is on duty from 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM for animal care. In addition, Mischelle, our manager, lives in the kennel cottage, and is on site and on call.
