When making Holiday reservations, be mindful changes cannot be made due to high demand. The existing reservation requires a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. You are responsible for the entire booking even if you shorten the stay.

During the hours that we are closed, there will not be office staff available to receive or discharge pets, unless arranged beforehand. An After Hours fee will be applied.
Charges begin on the day of arrival.
An After Hours fee of $100 will be charged for transactions outside of the normal hours of operation.

Round the Clock Supervision: Staff is on duty from 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM for animal care. In addition, Mischelle, our manager, lives in the kennel cottage, and is on site and on call.
